Refund policy

We put a lot of love and care into creating every gift package, and we hope it brings joy the moment it arrives. While we don’t offer returns for change of mind, we want to make things right if something goes wrong with your order.

Something not quite right?

If your gift package arrives with damaged items or if something is missing, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’re here to help and will do our best to sort it out quickly.

What we’ll need:

Just send an email to support@giftedthings.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A few photos of the damaged item(s)

What happens next:

Once we review your message, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund—whichever feels right for the situation. In rare cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item. If so, we’ll provide return instructions and cover any shipping costs.

A quick note on returns:

Because our gift packages are custom-packed and perishable/seasonal items may be included, we’re not able to accept returns unless there’s been damage or something is missing. Thanks so much for understanding.
